5-6岁单纯性肥胖儿童自我概念发展状况研究

【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨5-6岁单纯性肥胖儿童自我概念形成和发展中的问题。自我概念是个人对自己多方面觉知的总和。要评价儿童自我概念的水平必须考虑其心理发展的年龄特征。不同年龄阶段的儿童自我概念的成分要素是不同的。学前儿童自我概念基本成分要素是能力自我概念(如身体能力)和社会接纳自我概念(如同伴接纳)。本研究选用Harter的《幼儿能力和社会接纳觉知图片量表》(PSPCSA),采用整群抽样方法,对上海市区11所幼儿园25个大班67名单纯性肥胖儿童及对照组67名正常体重儿童施测,运用SPSS 15.0对研究数据进行整理与分析。此外,还在自然背景下,与幼儿、教师等人作了与研究有关的访谈。本研究得出以下一些结论:1.肥胖组幼儿自我概念自评与他评得分在同伴接纳维度上存在显著差异,提示该年龄段的单纯性肥胖幼儿自我概念在同伴接纳方面是心理健康教育需要关注的重点。2.肥胖组幼儿自评时,在认知维度上,肥胖女孩得分低于肥胖男孩,且存在显著差异。3.无论是在自评还是他评中,重度肥胖幼儿在母亲接纳维度上与轻、中度肥胖幼儿虽然没有显著性差异,但是得分在自评、他评时都是最高。这似乎提示,母亲也许会对自己的重度肥胖儿童在接纳上存在补偿。本研究对认识单纯性肥胖幼儿在自我概念形成和发展中的状况和存在的问题提供了实证性的资料,也为教育者对单纯性肥胖幼儿实施心理健康教育提供了有益的建议。

【Abstract】 This research is for the purpose of exploring the status and existing problems in the development of self-concept of simple obese children aged 5 to 6.Self-Concept refers to how individuals view themselves in various aspects. The evaluation of children’s self-concept must consider age-related psychological characteristics. The constituent elements of self-concept of different age are different. For preschoolers, the basic element of self-concept is on general skills, such as physical ability and cognitive ability, and on social acceptance, such as peer acceptance and maternal acceptance.Using Susan Harter’s self-concept scale, named The Pictorial Scale of Perceived Competetence and Social Acceptance for Young Children ( PSPCSA ) which was revised by Jiaxiong Zhu, the author tested 67 simple obese and 67normal children aged 5 to 6 . All the research data was reorganized and analyzed by SPSS 15.0. In addition, teachers and children were interviewed under natural background. The research is elaborated as the following:1 The conformity between inner and outer evaluation on the self-concept of simple obese children aged 5 to 6 is significantly different from that of normal children in peer acceptance dimension, which indicates that the key point of psychologically healthy education on the self-concept of simple obese children of this age should be peer acceptance.2.The inner evaluation of the self-concept of simple obese girl is lower than that of the simple obese boy in cognition dimension and remarkable difference is existed.3.Though there are no significantly difference among simple obese children of different obesity degree, the fact that heavy simple obese children has the highest score on maternal acceptance both on inner and on outer evaluation, which seems to indicate that mother of heavy simple obese children have compensation to their children on social acceptance.This research provides real evidence for the status and existing problems in the development of self-concept of 5 to 6 - year- old simple obese children, and beneficial advices for preschool educators as well.
